KING OF PRUSSIA, PA – DataBank IMX, a leader in digital transformation and business processing solutions, today announced that Steve Bell has been named the head of Healthcare Solutions and Sales.
Bell is a software and services industry veteran, spending years specialized in healthcare. Having most recently served as the Director of Sales and Revenue Enablement, he was able to modernize Sales operations and technology, as well as create top-tier onboarding and training programs. Bell also worked to build an experienced team to optimize processes to better service customers.
“Steve has been an integral part of the Healthcare Division of DataBank for many years,” said Matt Charlson, President and CEO, “Steve’s extensive experience in Sales leadership and his background in healthcare will help DataBank strengthen customer relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our healthcare portfolio of offerings.”
Bell began his career supporting channel partnerships at Hyland Software, where he acted as the liaison between DataBank and Hyland. During which time, he built a strong bond with DataBank’s customers as well as the internal Healthcare team. After developing a close working relationship with DataBank, Bell decided to join the Healthcare Sales team led by Jordan Bires. The pair worked hand-in-hand to create a revolutionary vision for the continuous improvement of customer support as well as growing DataBank’s solutions offering suite to address industry challenges.
