His path to leadership at DataBank began with launching and co-running a successful technology consulting firm. Outside of work you’ll find him spending time with his two daughters, Abigail and Elizabeth, and their Lab mix rescue, Simba. If it involves boating, golfing, the outdoors, or the Minnesota Vikings, he’s interested.

Prior to bringing her talent to DataBank, Sandy worked in the energy distribution services industry and then as a Public Accountant at Ernst & Young. She considers herself lucky to collaborate with smart, dedicated and ambitious teammates every day. When she takes off her CFO hat, Sandy spends her time gardening, dominating NY Times crossword puzzles and cheering on the Boston Red Sox. Her quote to live by is “The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.”

Chad worked in IT services, started and sold a tech company, shifted gears to high-volume printing services, and finally landed in Content Management. So yeah, he’s been busy. Over the years, Chad has learned the importance of hiring, promoting, and surrounding himself with smarter people. Outside of work, he spends time with his wife, Kathleen; daughter, Layla; son, Nate. You can catch him cycling and wrangling two Maltese pups on the weekend.

Shane is not only an expert in IT but also antiques, which fill his 18th century home, and anything with a motor strapped to it. He’s learned that balance is key and to always drive toward what’s in the best interest of the company, as self-interests are a diversion and likely a dead end.

Adam has over 10 years of experience with process improvement, SAP, ERP, ECM, web design, SEO, and eCommerce. He believes the best part of his job is his team and their amazing skill sets. Chances are, Adam is hiring, and he’s learned over the years to hire smart people who can tell us what to do, not the other way around. Outside of work, you’ll find him mountain biking or hanging out with his growing family: his wife, Robin; son, Lucas; daughter-on-the-way; and their exclusively small pets.

Steve believes the best part about the DataBank culture is that it’s always fast-paced and never dull, and he would know, with over 20 years of expertise in the business. When he’s not running our operations you can find him operating somewhere on the water, fishing or boating, and being with his wife, Lorrie, and three grown sons.

Allison brings a wealth of HR knowledge, most recently spending four years as a strategic HR partner in the Healthcare and IT industries.

With an extensive 20-year background in digital transformation, Kendra has learned to appreciate the power of people, change, and adoption. Prior to joining DataBank, Steve was a high school history teacher and then jumped into the corporate world at AT&T before landing at Hyland Software as a channel manager for DataBank. He believes that in order to succeed in this industry, you must constantly evolve and look to improve not only yourself but also the team around you. When he isn’t with healthcare IT departments, Steve is most likely golfing (poorly), volunteering for Little League, or cheering on the Browns, Buckeyes, and Indians.

Sonal loves spending time with her husband, Raj; daughters, Anjali and Anya; and dog, Jax. Her words to live by are “be present” and avoid multitasking yourself out of the chance to be in the moment and learn. Sonal is passionate about seeing her team exceed clients’ expectations. She knows the world of healthcare because that’s where she comes from, having worked as a Director at a pediatric trauma hospital in Philadelphia for 14 years. If you were thinking Sonal couldn’t get any better, you’d be wrong. Her spare time is spent volunteering at Temple.

Looking to improve your backhand? Aaron is your guy. He’s an avid tennis player, official, and volunteer for the United States Tennis Association. Aaron cheers on his hometown Nebraska Cornhuskers with his family of 4 including his wife, Tiffany; children, Ava and Hadley; and two dogs, Gizmo and Reya. Aaron brings more than 16 years of experience in process improvement and data management. Through his work as a consultant, he believes that focusing on the “value” of your work versus your “time” will lead to success in any engagement.
