ISO 27001
DataBank’s Huntington Valley, Pennsylvania location is ISO 27001 certified, thus complying with the only internationally accepted security standard. To receive certification, DataBank annually navigates an audit of hundreds of unique controls. Security categories include information security policies, asset management, HR security, physical security and many more.
SOC2 Type II
DataBank is SOC2 Type II compliant in all our Imaging/Data centers across the country. SOC2, meaning Service Organization Controls, was developed by, and is maintained by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA.) Type II audits are more thorough, involving an annual audit by an independent attestation firm of efficacy of internal controls to reasonably assure they are working correctly. Our auditor, RSM, is the 5th largest accounting firm in the world.
