Adam has over 10 years of experience with process improvement, SAP, ERP, ECM, web design, SEO, and eCommerce. He believes the best part of his job is his team and their amazing skill sets. Chances are, Adam is hiring, and he’s learned over the years to hire smart people who can tell us what to do, not the other way around. Outside of work, you’ll find him mountain biking or hanging out with his growing family: his wife, Robin; son, Lucas; daughter-on-the-way; and their exclusively small pets.

Prior to joining The DataBank Cloud team, he worked as the Infrastructure Team Lead, built and led the Upgrade and Infrastructure Teams as Team Lead, and was an OnBase Solution Engineer. Michael joined DataBank coming from the FinTech industry.

Pat leads The DataBank Cloud team after having led the Data Migration/Database Services and Development Services teams and created the Infrastructure and Upgrade Services teams. He has over 17 years of experience and spent 10 of them developing healthcare products at Hyland Software. His bread and butter is implementing, supporting, hosting and customizing enterprise content management solutions with a heavy focus on software and related infrastructure.

Michael has over 25 years in IT, spending the past 15 specializing in architecture at Banks, and Healthcare organizations. He’s been a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) for the past five years and has successfully built multiple Cloud systems for customers worldwide. He’s highly familiar with regulator compliances and what it means to both the business and IT. He also has a development background in C, C++, Java, Python, and PowerShell with an emphasis on security.

With over 20 years of experience in the full lifecycle of software engineering from gathering requirements to testing and maintenance, you could say he’s seen and done it all. Robert specializes in architecting complex OnBase and FileNet systems and has expertise in developing applications using Microsoft technologies, web applications using ASP.NET, and distributed applications using WCF web services.

Philip is AWS Cloud Practitioner certified, and received a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University, and an MBA in Information Technology Management from Western Governor’s University.
