Eric Zimmerman

Support Engineer
Eric will watch and play any sport (except baseball, sorry). He also plays video games.
Stacey Payne Kelly
Location: Atlanta, GA
Support Engineer
While at home, Stacey enjoys walking, reading, and indoor planting. One of her plants is over 24 years old! A true plant parent.
Josh Grossenbacher

When he isn’t at work, Josh loves playing Magic the Gathering and other trading card games, reading books, and listening to music.
Hannah Mullally

Hannah loves the kitchen – both cooking and baking. She also spends time working on many (unfinished) quilting and knitting/crocheting projects on the weekends.

Brigette Staack

Brigette has a passion for beagle rescue and has had over 30 foster dogs in her home.

Brian lives on a lake in South Dakota so in his free time, he likes to boat, fish, and golf. He also spends time hanging with neighbors playing
Bocce, Corn Hole, and Ladder Golf, or spending the evenings with a good bonfire checking out the stars.

Tammie not only multi-tasks at work, but also at home with her two daughters, and dog Prim. If she has a moment of downtime Tammie is binge-watching Blue Bloods. She has an extreme fear of bats.

Grant is more than just your typical Support Team Lead. He enjoys cycling, weight lifting, video games, and hanging with friends and family by a campfire.
Gregg Sterns

Support Team Lead/DBOS Administrator
Gregg is the Digitech and DBOS guru. He also participates in DataBank employee onboarding and contributes to the customer knowledge base. Never one to be called idle, Gregg spends his free time being creative with his massive collection of LEGO.
Franklin Hudson

Support Team Lead
Franklin is the type of employee you know you can trust to be a rock star when it comes to customer service. At home, he’s a doggy daddy to two Boston terriers, enjoys Stephen King novels, Hell’s Kitchen, racing remote control cars, and playing bass guitar.
Support Hours
Our support team is available 8 am – 8 pm ET, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (business day prior if on weekend), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following day, and Christmas Day.
