Now that CommunityLIVE has come and gone, we’d like to reflect on the fun we had by recapping 4 of our favorite moments from the event.
1. OnBase Foundation
Hyland introduced Foundation Build, the most secure version of OnBase yet. The latest version of OnBase takes an updated approach providing the ability to manage the flow of data and frequent releases of new solutions.
Automated testing has made strides to push towards this purpose-built application to enhance user experience and extend functionality for content management services. Foundation Build maintains stability against bugs or unexpected behavior as agile software development for best practices.
OnBase Foundation Build equips users and administrators with the most stable and secure software to utilize Foundation for all of Hylands services, modules, and integrations.
2. Governance rules as a service
Released through OnBase Foundation EP1 (GRaaS) is an end to end retention solution. Hyland’s retention connector integrates Iron Mountain policy center into Onbase and document retention.
(GRaaS) helps to manage governance policy through a web-accessible retention schedule. Record managers can take initiative to seamlessly navigate one-click configuration through automatic retention settings to manage retention periods following policy, and disposing of expired documents by automated destruction.
3. The Cloud
Hyland visualized how organizations can go above and beyond to leverage the cloud for content services providing benefits and business continuity. The elevation of power using the cloud enables organizations with a multitude of choices and applications to have a simple, agile, and secure software solution.
Hyland’s product platform is committed to continuing to develop solutions for On-premise as well as cloud/GCS-based installations. The cloud is now a fundamental step to success for organizations worldwide. Cloud cutting edge technologies continue to be adopted to optimize infrastructure, manage data, and secure industry assets as business moves towards digitization.
4. Databank Evening Event
After the welcome reception conference, nearly 70 attendees joined us at Punch Bowl Social for some after-hours fun.
The event concluded with our evening festivities entailing ping-pong, karaoke, and bowling. It was a great way to wrap up our event, we can’t wait to see what next year brings, and we hope you can join us.
