The New Customer Success Program
About 8 months ago, we made the key decision to focus more formally on our customer’s success. Our main goal was to create a program designed specifically to improve the customer experience and ensure that we are constantly bringing value to your organization. Through the dedication of these initiatives our, Customer Success Program (CSP) was born.
CSP combines key strategies and activities that have been tried and tested to ensure that every customer receives the highest level of service we can offer!
Over the next few weeks, Jason King, Vice President of Professional Services, will be taking a deeper dive into this new program and the roadmap that we’ve created with it. He’ll go over what the customer journey looks like and how you can utilize the concepts in CSP to continuously grow your solution.
