JoHo Technologies’s Customers Join the DataBank Team
(King of Prussia, PA) – September 26, 2013
We are excited to announce JoHo Technologies (JoHo), a document imaging company based out of Lansing, Michigan, has merged its customers with DataBank. The merger gives these customers access to a variety of enhanced services and solutions including advanced capture software, leading Business Process Automation Services, SOC 2 security, and expanded ECM and Workflow solutions.
JoHo served a diverse set of customers throughout the state of Michigan including state & local government, health care and insurance providers, adoption agencies, large manufacturers, and utilities. In the health care industry, JoHo processed documents for hospitals and physician practices. In the State and Local government market, their work ranged from digitizing and indexing building department files to automating all the documents within a local utility provider.
“DataBank is honored to have an opportunity to serve these organizations,” says Rich Lane, Senior Vice President Central US. “We are committed to providing world class solutions and extending our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee to our newest customers.”
Michael Viges, the founder and owner of JoHo, joins the DataBank team, bringing with him a rich background and years of experience in the BPA industry. As a DataBank Capture Analyst, Mike will be working with our capture technology team to expand our capabilities and continue to help DataBank’s clients automate their business processes.
“I feel that Databank can offer our customers a suite of opportunities that will augment what we were able to do at JoHo Technologies,” said Michael Viges. “I am also very excited to be part of Databank’s IT department as a Capture Analyst. I will be able to put to use my experience in the industry to help our customer base, both in the Midwest region and nationally.”
DataBank is also excited to welcome Amanda Smith, General Manager for JoHo, into the role of DataBank Account Manager. Amanda is currently working with staff during the new project and customer onboarding process at the DataBank central region processing center in Chesterton, IN.
“I am very excited to join the DataBank team,” said Amanda. “I can’t wait to share all of DataBank’s capabilities with our customers and I am ready to use my experience in the industry to help DataBank continue to grow.”
Engaging in the new projects has been a great experience for DataBank and the Chesterton staff. Everyone is eager to continue to strengthen our newest customers’ business processes and help them become more efficient by making the switch to paperless solutions.
