West Coast University Relies on DataBank for

In implementing a campus-wide document management solution based on Hershey Systems’ Singularity software, this 5000 student University knew that software alone would not yield a comprehensive solution and accomplish their desire to transform their institution’s administrative functions into a highly efficient operation.
