This unique scanning conversion program allows you to choose from several scanning options that provide the most cost-effective solution without interruption to your present medical and business processes:

• DataBank will pick up your records on a predetermined schedule, and scan, index and QC them in our SAS 70 secure production facility. Images can be loaded directly into your EMR solution or viewed 24X7 through DataBank Online Services (DBOS).  Paper can be stored or scheduled for certified destruction depending on your requirement.
• DataBank can also set up a scheduled scanning session where we will scan your records at your location.
• You can scan documents on-demand, at your location, and they will be securely transmitted to a DataBank production facility where indexing and QC is completed.  Images and retrieval information can be hosted on DBOS or integrated into your EMR.
