DataBank's highly secured 20,000 square foot document scanning and document management facility in Beltsville, Maryland is just 25 minutes from downtown Washington, DC and 30 minutes from Baltimore. In addition to document scanning and document management solutions, we develop and implement imaging systems solutions that include on-line hosting services; we design and deploy business process automation utilizing efficient application workflows.
The Washington DC and Baltimore center offers a comprehensive array of imaging services. We can scan microfilm including microfiche scanning, microfilm roll film scanning and aperture card scanning. Our Beltsville Maryland center has state-of-the-art high speed Kodak document scanners with integrated Perfect Page technology. We also have large format document scanners for engineering drawings and we can scan both color and black and white drawings. The Baltimore facility in Beltsville also provides book scanning services for the specialized book scanning needs of our Government and Library clients for their one-of-kind manuscripts and historical documents. As one can imagine, scanning these unique documents requires the highest quality output and the most experienced care and handling that only those with the expertise and experience that DataBank personnel have.
In addition to state-of-the-art document scanning in the Maryland and Washington, DC areas, the Beltsville Databank center provides microfilm capture and microfilm processing. This center has microfilm cameras and high quality planetary cameras for archival document capture. Our Kodak InfoGuard processing lab includes deep tank microfilm processors, silver microfilm and diazo duplicators, and experienced operators who produce quality results that meet our clients' microfilm requirements and expectations.
